Once your employees have been set up in a department, you can also create Teams across your organisation. Teams work outside of departments meaning you can have employees from different departments in the same team, or smaller teams within each department - we've made this feature really flexible to suit one-off projects as well.
Teams also allow you to give managers more granular access, so they can manage a smaller group of employees, run and view reports, approve holiday leave and more.
